Fillet of Pork with Honey Mustard


Ingredients for 2: 2 fillets of pork, honey mustard, 1 onion sliced into rings.



Preparation :

Place the fillets of pork on a double layer of kitchen foil (cut big enough to fold around the meat).
Next brush the fillets with the honey mustard.
Place the onion rings on the fillets and carefully close the foil around the meat.
Bake at 190° C for 20 min. or until the middle is pinkish white, or barbecue.
