Ostrich paving stones with honey and boletus

Ingredients for 4 : 4 ostrich paving stones, 1 onion, 1 clove of parlic, parsley, 60 gr of butter, half-glass of poultry bubble, 3 soup spoons of honey mustard Pommery®, 1 boletus pot.




Preparation :

Peel onion and slice it thinly.

In a hot frying pan with 20 gr butter, seal the paving stones on each side, salt, pepper and reserve.

In the same frying pan, dissolve onions with average fire.
Add the poultry bubble, 3 soup spoons of honey mustard, and carry to boiling.
Salt, pepper and reserve.

Fry with soft fire the boletus with remaining butter by adding garlic, parsley, salt and pepper.

Serve the meat heated in sauce, sliced and accompanied by boletus and rice.
