Granny smith apple salad


Ingredients for 4 people: 2 granny smith apples, 100 gr of lamb’s lettuce, 200 gr of chicory, 30 gr of périgord walnuts, 2 soup spoons of walnut oil, 1/2 a soup spoon of balsamic vinegar, 1 teaspoon of Meaux® mustard, salt and pepper.

 

Preparation: 15 mins

 

Peel and wash the lamb’s lettuce and chicory.

Finely chop.

Wash the apples, cut into halves, de-seed and slice thinly without peeling.

 

Mix all the ingredients together in a salad bowl.

 

In a small bowl, make a vinaigrette with, in the following order, salt, pepper, vinegar, mustard and oil.

 

Season the salad with the vinaigrette and serve.
