Monkfish with Green Pepper


Ingredients:

four slices of monkfish of about  150 g, 20 cl of liquid cream, 1 tablespoon of Pommery® green pepper mustard, 1 tablespoon of tomato coulis, thyme, bay leaf, salt and pepper.

Preparation :

Preheat the oven to thermostat 9.

Place the monkfish in an oven-proof dish; add salt and pepper.
Mix the cream, the mustard, the tomato coulis and the herbs together in a recipient.
Next, pour this mixture over the monkfish.

Place in a hot oven for 20 minutes.
