Gaspacho

Gaspacho

Ingredients for 4 :
250 gr of tomato sauce, 1 cucumber, 1 small red pepper, 1 onion, 1 garlic clove, 50 gr of sandwich bread, 2 tablespoons of red vinegar, 1 tablespoons of olive oil,salt and pepper.

Preparation : 10 min







Peel, seed and cut into small pieces the cucumber then the red pepper.
Baste the sandwich bread with some vinegar.
Peel and chop up the onion and the garlic clove.
Add the olive oil, and mix.
Pour out in a bowl and put 1 hour in a fridge before serve.
