Rost pork with apples and gingerbread mustard


Ingredients :

1 piece of pork for roasting, 2 onions, 3 apples, 4 tablespoons of gingerbread mustard, 25 cl of single cream, 25 cl of milk, salt and pepper.

Preparation :

Preheat the oven at 200° C.
Put the roast in an ovenproof dish and smear it with oil, salt and pepper.
Add one glass of water in it and cook 45 minutes.
During this time, slice thinly the onions and slice the apples too.
Brown it 15 minutes in some butter.
After 45 minutes of roasting, add the apples and the onions and put back in the oven for 15 minutes.
Mix the gingerbread mustard, the cream and the milk.
Heat the sauce up, then salt and pepper.
You can serve this dish with rice.
