Caramelized prawns with mustard
Ingredients for 4 : 400 g of prawns, 1 lemon, 8 tablespoons of mellowness white wine, 2 tablespoons of moutarde de Meaux®, 2 tablespoons of clear honey, 1 teaspoon of soy sauce.

Cooking : 10 min
Shell the prawns.
Take the piece of lemon peel, and grate it.
Pour out the wine in a frying pan, and thin down the mustard.
Add it the the piece of lemon peel and the prawns, then brown 5 minutes.
Pour out the honey and the soy sauce, and then let it caramelize.
Serve up with Thai rice.
