Goat’s Cheese Hors-d’Oeuvre
Ingredients for four: Cucumber or courgette, chives, 1/2 bunch of radishes, 1 goat’s cheese, salt, pepper, spice vinegar, olive oil.
Preparation :
Marinate 8 fairly thick slices of cucumber or courgette in a dish with some 6° alcohol spice vinegar, the olive oil, the salt, the pepper and the finely chopped chive and leave it for 3 hours.
Peel and grate the radish. Arrange it on the plates and add a slice of cucumber or courgette, followed by a slice of cheese and a further slice of cucumber and serve.
