Gratin Dauphinois with truffle Pommery® mustard



Preparation: 20 minutes

Cooking: 40 minutes


For 6 persons:


  • 1.5 kg of potatos
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 30 cl of cream
  • 100 g of butter
  • 1 l of milk
  • Salt and pepper
  • 5 tbsp. of truffle Pommery® mustard

Gratin dauphinois with truffle Pommery® mustard


Steps :


  • Rinse, peel and cut into rings the potatos.
  • Finely chop the garlic.
  • In a saucepan, bring to the boil the milk, salt, pepper and garlic.
  • Add the slices of potatos. Cook for 10 min approx.
  • Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
  • Dispose the potato slices in a butter the dish and add the mixed cream and Moutarde à la Truffe Pommery®.
  • Then add a few knobs of butter on the top.
  • You can add Gruyère (grated cheese) or not, as of your taste.
  • Place in the oven for 40 min.
