Ingrédients
For 4 people:
- 8 carrots
- 1 filet mignon of around 700 g
- 4 tablespoons of cream
- 4 tbsp. Moutarde Royale® au Cognac Pommery®
- 2 knobs of butter
- Salt and pepper
Pork tenderloin with Moutarde Royale® au cognac Pommery®
Steps:
- In a saucepan, pour a volume of water and bring to a boil.
- Soak the carrots in the pan for about 10 minutes (depending on the thickness of the carrots).
- In a bowl, mix the crème fraiche and the Moutarde Royale® au Cognac Pommery® then season.
- Once the carrots are cooked, brown them in a buttered pan.
- Add your pork medallions and cook for 2 minutes 50 seconds on each side.
- Prepare your plates and enjoy!
