Ingrédients

For 4 people:

 

  • 8 carrots
  • 1 filet mignon of around 700 g
  • 4 tablespoons of cream
  • 4 tbsp. Moutarde Royale® au Cognac Pommery®
  • 2 knobs of butter
  • Salt and pepper

Pork tenderloin with Moutarde Royale® au cognac Pommery®

 

Steps:

 

  • In a saucepan, pour a volume of water and bring to a boil.
  • Soak the carrots in the pan for about 10 minutes (depending on the thickness of the carrots).
  • In a bowl, mix the crème fraiche and the Moutarde Royale® au Cognac Pommery® then season.
  • Once the carrots are cooked, brown them in a buttered pan.
  • Add your pork medallions and cook for 2 minutes 50 seconds on each side.
  • Prepare your plates and enjoy!
