Brie de Meaux and old-fashioned mustard

For 4 people :

    • 350g Brie de Meaux
    • 45g Mascarpone cream
    • 40g Meaux® Pommery® Mustard
    • 25g Walnut kernels
    • Salt and pepper

Brie de Meaux with walnuts and old-fashioned mustard 



    • In a small bowl, combine the mascarpone cream, Meaux® Pommery® Mustard, chopped walnuts, salt and pepper.
    • Cut the Brie de Meaux in half lengthwise.
    • Garnish with the mixture and smooth with a spatula.
    • Close the Brie, film it, then leave to mature overnight in a cool place.
    • The next day, it is ready to be enjoyed in toasted country bread, accompanied by a mixed salad with vinaigrette (walnut oil, Pommery® wine vinegar and Moutarde de Meaux® Pommery®).
