For 4 persons:
- 600 g of beef (one piece)
- 100 g of small morels
- 4 tbsp. of Voatsiperifery Pepper Pommery®
- 4 teaspoons of fresh cream
- Some pepper seeds
Voatsiperifery Pepper Beef
- In a saucepan, mix the heavy cream and Voatsiperifery Pepper Pommery® mustard.
- Add salt and pepper.
- Cook the morels with butter for 5 min.
- Cut meat into cubes and seara it quickly on each side.
- Pour the sauce and dispose the morels on the plate.
- Then, add the meat on the pepper cream and season with some crushed pepper seeds.
