Prices

The prices of our products are expressed in Euros, including tax, packaging and postage costs are additional.

Packaging costs

All the items in the parcel are careful wrapped in compact packaging foam, which guarantees that they are safely packed inside the cardboard box and also provides protection against bumps. Each parcel ordered will give rise to packaging costs.

Postage Costs

All our dispatches are made by the postal network Colissimo. The sending of any parcel will give rise to postage expenses. Refer to the parcel type and the destination to find out the rate.

Payment

Payment is made when the order is placed, either by means of a French cheque or by bank card (Credit card, Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard ) or Paypal. Payment by cheque is only possible for cheques made out in Euros and drawn on a French bank. We shall soon be setting up secure online payment facilities, which will be available in the near future.

Orders

The placing of any order implies the customer's acceptance of the present general conditions. Incomplete or incorrect orders will not be taken into account. Orders will only be validated when payment has been accepted by the payment organisation or following receipt and collection in the event of payment by cheque.

Delivery

The delivery period is counted in working days (from Monday to Friday). Delivery will be made by the postal network (Colissimo) within 48 h for France and parcels will be held for a maximum of 15 days in the event of absence. For the European community, the delivery time will be 3 to 5 days. For the rest of the world, must count from 1 to 3 weeks. We are not responsible for delays in delivery and no compensation shall be claimed in this respect. Our products are sent at the risk of the addresses and we will not be held responsible in the event of damage caused by the postal services.

Retraction Period

In accordance with Article L. 221-20 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from the date of delivery to return the parcel to us for replacement or refund, with no penalty other than the return expenses, for which you will be responsible. The parcel must be returned in perfect conditions. Any dispute relating to the execution or interpretation of the present contract will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the MEAUX Commercial Court; the same will apply in the event of introduction of third parties, incidental claim or if there is more than one defendant.

Protection of Personal Data

Les Assaisonnements Briards undertakes to protect personal and confidential information communicated to us by you when placing an order. Under no circumstances will such data be sold or marketed to third parties.

In accordance with Article L. 223-2 of the French Consumer Code, you have the option of registering on the list of opposition to telephone canvassing. To sign up for this list, you can visit the bloctel.gouv.fr website. You can register online by filling out a form with your name, surname, email address and the phone numbers you wish to register.

You can also register by post by sending a letter to the following address : Worldline - Service Bloctel CS 61311 - 41013 Blois Cedex - FRANCE. The registration is valid for 3 years.

Consumer Mediation

In the event of a complaint that has not been amicably resolved by the Assaisonnements Briards Consumer Service and subject to the article L 612-2 of the Consumer Code, any consumer dispute or dispute may be settled amicably by mediation with the CMAP - Paris Mediation and Arbitration Center.
