Ingredients

For 4 persons :

 

  • 4 fresh salmon steaks
  • 2 avocados
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 tbsp of dill
  • 1 tbsp of sesame
  • 2 tsp of olive or sesame oil
  • 3 tsp of lemon & basil Pommery® mustard

Salmon tartar, lemon and basil Pommery® mustard

 

Steps :

 

  • Slices in small pieces the salmon, the cucumber and the avocados.
  • Then place them in a bowl with your thinly sliced onions.
  • Add sesame seeds, olive oil and lemon & basil Pommery® mustard.
  • Mix everything and let it rest in fridge for 10 minutes.
  • Plate it up and enjoy !
