For 4 persons :
- 4 fresh salmon steaks
- 2 avocados
- 1 cucumber
- 1 red onion
- 1 tbsp of dill
- 1 tbsp of sesame
- 2 tsp of olive or sesame oil
- 3 tsp of lemon & basil Pommery® mustard
Salmon tartar, lemon and basil Pommery® mustard
- Slices in small pieces the salmon, the cucumber and the avocados.
- Then place them in a bowl with your thinly sliced onions.
- Add sesame seeds, olive oil and lemon & basil Pommery® mustard.
- Mix everything and let it rest in fridge for 10 minutes.
- Plate it up and enjoy !
