Description

Pommery® Gingerbread Mustard is an old-style wholegrain mustard, gourmet and delicately sweet and savoury. Made with French artisanal gingerbread and quality honey, it reveals a subtle balance between the sweetness of honey, the warm notes of spices and the natural character of mustard.

Its generous aromatic profile makes it ideal for adding an original touch to meat recipes, creamy sauces and festive dishes. Combined with crème fraîche, it creates a flavourful and elegant sauce, perfect for enhancing chicken fillets, roast poultry, duck breast or glazed vegetables.
