Ingredients

  • Ripe avocado: 4 pcs
  • Pommery® wine vinegar: 25 g
  • Grapeseed oil: 50 g
  • Pommery® Old-fashioned mustard: 25g
  • Salt, pepper

Recipe process

  • In a small mixing bowl, mix the old-fashioned mustard, wine vinegar, salt, pepper and add the grapeseed oil.
  • Pour into avocado halves in the pit holes.
