- Ripe avocado: 4 pcs
- Pommery® wine vinegar: 25 g
- Grapeseed oil: 50 g
- Pommery® Old-fashioned mustard: 25g

Recipe process
- In a small mixing bowl, mix the old-fashioned mustard, wine vinegar, salt, pepper and add the grapeseed oil.
- Pour into avocado halves in the pit holes.
