Guacamole à la moutarde ancienne au piment d’Espelette Pommery®

Ingredients

  • Ripe avocado: 1 piece of 200/250 g
  • Lime: ½
  • Red onion: 50 g
  • Olive oil: 20g
  • Pommery® old-fashioned mustard with Espelette pepper: 40 g
  • Fajita tiles, nachos or other spicy aperitif biscuits: 100 g

Recipe process

  • Cut the avocado in half (be careful with your fingers) and remove the pit.
  • Empty the avocado flesh into a small salad bowl.
  • Using an American grater, zest the lime, pour into the avocado, then squeeze the juice into the preparation.
  • Add the Pommery® Espelette pepper mustard, olive oil, and finely chopped red onion.
  • Mash with a fork, leaving some pieces. Adjust the seasoning.
  • Pour into a presentation bowl accompanied by crispy appetizer tiles.
