Ingredients
- Ripe avocado: 1 piece of 200/250 g
- Lime: ½
- Red onion: 50 g
- Olive oil: 20g
- Pommery® old-fashioned mustard with Espelette pepper: 40 g
- Fajita tiles, nachos or other spicy aperitif biscuits: 100 g
Recipe process
- Cut the avocado in half (be careful with your fingers) and remove the pit.
- Empty the avocado flesh into a small salad bowl.
- Using an American grater, zest the lime, pour into the avocado, then squeeze the juice into the preparation.
- Add the Pommery® Espelette pepper mustard, olive oil, and finely chopped red onion.
- Mash with a fork, leaving some pieces. Adjust the seasoning.
- Pour into a presentation bowl accompanied by crispy appetizer tiles.
