Ingredients
- Organic chicken egg: 17 pcs
- Homemade mayonnaise sauce: 80 g
- Pommery® Old-fashioned mustard: 25 g
- Fine herbs (chives, parsley, tarragon, chervil): 2 tbsp
Recipe process
- Hard boil the eggs and peel them.
- Chop 5 hard-boiled eggs very finely with a knife and combine with the mayonnaise sauce, old-fashioned mustard and chopped herbs.
- Place in a piping bag and pipe on the remaining hard-boiled eggs cut on top or cut in half.
