Ingredients

  • Organic chicken egg: 17 pcs
  • Homemade mayonnaise sauce: 80 g
  • Pommery® Old-fashioned mustard: 25 g
  • Fine herbs (chives, parsley, tarragon, chervil): 2 tbsp

Recipe process

  • Hard boil the eggs and peel them.
  • Chop 5 hard-boiled eggs very finely with a knife and combine with the mayonnaise sauce, old-fashioned mustard and chopped herbs.
  • Place in a piping bag and pipe on the remaining hard-boiled eggs cut on top or cut in half.
